Well there are already some flaws in how you asked the question. First you ask when will the Iraqi Dinar revalue, as if you are assuming it's not an "if" but a "when". The Iraqi Dinar is a highly ispeculative and high risk "investment" if you can even call it an investment. There is no gurantee and not only is it not likely if will revalue, many believe, myself included that the concept of a revalue is impossible.
Secondly you say likely to revalue. It's not likely to revalue. Buying Iraqi Dinar is like buying a lottery ticket, it's a longshot speculative investment.
I personnally don't agree in the concept of a revalue. There has never been a revalue in history nor do the numbers support the possibility of a revalue. I do think money can be made by buying and holding dinar overtime and I think good money can be made but the idea you can make 12 million dollars off a $1000 investment is silly.
